Darrell Lombard & THE LOMBARD STreet Band

This is another mashup that will be offered as a single song. It combines "Thank You" (a Sly Stone cover) off of Darrell Lombard and LOMBARD ST's "ANTHOLOGY V2 (Volume 2)" album, and "The Dope Song" from Darrell's G8 (Great 8) studio album released earlier this year. It incorporates some great vocal stabs, horn and guitar stabs, rythms and more. It's a cool trip and a BIG Tribute to some of the Northwest's very best.

This song is off of one of their revised albums in the works of being released. They have archives of music on reel tape and other formats to remaster and in some cases a remix for your enjoyment. All songs you have never heard before by these talented NW artists. 

This song was previously from their DRIVE album originally produced back in 2000. The album was never released officially. It was test marketed in local music stores like Tower Records and Silver Platters to name a few, doing well prior to the market crash. "Why Do You Walk Like That" was one of the up-tempo dance songs on that album. 

Here is an revised and updated CLUB MIX "Y Do U Walk Like That?" which you may hear at your favorite night club, dance venue or party soon. This laid-back mix may very well be on our new album. It's a test run wanting some feedback. Could this blend well in your next DJ dance mash up?
